ORDER CANCELLATION / CHANGES
- We ship out your orders on the same working day between 10PM - 12PM EST.
- If you wish to change your order or cancel the order, please notify us before 10 PM EST. Else we cannot process your request.
- In case of order change or order cancellation, please send us an email to email@example.com with the following details:
- Subject title: ORDER CHANGE or ORDER CANCELLATION
Content of the email:
- -Order number
- -Your name
- -The email address you provided at the time of purchase
- -Reason for Order cancellation or Order change
- Once you place the order, we cannot allow any amendments to the address. For address changes, please contact the shipping service provider directly.
- If the item is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery or any other address related issues, then we are not responsible for reshipment or a refund.
- Our working hours are Monday to Friday.
- If you place an order between Monday to Thursday, we shall process it within 1 - 2 days.
- If the order is placed between Friday to Sunday, we take 3 days to process the order.
- You will receive "Shipping update" email within 3-4 business days of placing your order. Kindly track your order with the tracking details provided in the email.
- Each time your parcel is transported to a new location, the tracking details are updated. Hence please check regularly.
- If you find any issues with tracking your order kindly write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If yours is an international order, we generate the delivery date after your parcel clears customs check. Since then, please be in contact with your local courier company for any questions regarding the location.
