Most of our products are handmade and personalized. We ensure all the orders are processed within 2-3 business days.. We work closely with local shipping providers and follow their delivery timings. Some shipment providers may not deliver over the weekends or holidays. In case of high volume of orders, you may expect few delays. We shall update our delivery schedules on our website time-to-time. In case of delay, we shall also inform you via e-mail.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We recommend you to please provide your physical address details. PO Box/APO/FPO addresses are not advised for the delivery. In case of lost delivery, we may not be able to help, if you have provided a PO/APO/FPO address.

CurliTail is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


CurliTail is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
